Our property tax specialists work extremely closely with our property team. They are on hand to add commercial taxation advice on all aspects of property transactions. We are able to advise on direct tax issues in connection with property acquisitions and disposals including the tax implications of structures such as partnerships and joint ventures. The team also has wide experience of advising on the implications of stamp duty land tax and various aspects of VAT including tax recovery and VAT planning for residential developers.
