We have particular experience in resolving those issues which arise on a breakdown in a relationship. We regularly advise clients about how homes, business, company and partnership assets, pension schemes and land should be dealt with.

As members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) we believe that solicitors should represent their clients in a way designed to preserve their dignity and encourage them to reach agreement.
