Trainee Application Procedure
The closing date for applications for 2010 is 31 July 2008.
Work Placement Scheme
We run a work placement scheme for university students in July of each year. The closing date for applications for a placement is 31 March.
We offer five places per year. The scheme runs for one week and during the course of that week you will spend one day each in five different departments.
A contribution is made towards your travelling costs/accommodation for the week.
Training Contract Application Procedure
We have a 5 stage process:-
Stage 1
The closing date for applications for training contracts is 31 July. We recruit for training contracts two years in advance. All applications will be assessed within two weeks of the closing date.
Stage 2
Letters inviting candidates for interview will be sent out by the end of August. Candidates who are not offered an interview will also be advised accordingly by the end of August.
Stage 3
Interview will take place during the first three weeks of September.
Stage 4
Candidates who are successful after interview will be invited to return for an assessment day. This will normally be held in the last week of September or the first week of October. Candidates who are not successful after interview will be notified accordingly.
Stage 5
Candidates who are successful after the assessment day will be made a formal offer of a training contract. We currently offer four places a year. Candidates who are not successful will be notified accordingly.
