Managing your career is just as important to us as it is to you. When you join, we’ll give you a career management guide which, supported by training, could help you progress right through from trainee solicitor to equity partner.


Training designed around you

We make open dialogue about your progression a priority, so you’re happy and confident with your career path. We underpin it with the right training programme to help you achieve your ambitions - this might cover financial management, business development and client care, as well as self-management, management, and risk and compliance.

Our in-house teams also deliver training in IT and knowledge management, but should you feel you need specific additional support, we’re always open to suggestions to help you perform to the best of your ability.

Feedback through our supervision review and performance development process means you’ll know when you’re ready to take the next step on the career ladder.
 

Building careers firm-wide

We take career progression and training just as seriously for support staff too. A number are currently undertaking legal executive or licensed conveyancer studies, and some of our secretaries also undertake paralegal duties. We actively encourage all our staff to develop their potential by fully supporting and sponsoring any additional study and/or training needed.
