We frequently provide a client with a number of different services. Where this is so, we designate a 'client partner' — a senior person within the firm whom the client is able to contact at any time. He or she will ensure the proper delegation, supervision and management of the client's affairs, developing a natural rapport.
For each individual transaction, we designate a separate partner or assistant. This is someone with the appropriate specialist skills to be responsible for and the main point of contact for that transaction.
Finally, specially structured teams are set up within the firm to carry out major transactions or advise substantial clients when the work involves the disciplines of several departments all under the auspices of the client partner. Regular reports are provided to ensure that all issues are fully understood and on timetable.
