We recognise that clients need to be assured that we can and do deliver a high quality service; that there are systems and procedures in place throughout the firm to ensure consistent achievement of our quality objectives. We have senior staff members who do not earn fees, but work exclusively on practice management, ensuring that quality and compliance are day-to-day realities.

In recognition of the standards achieved and maintained by the firm, we have been awarded the Lexcel practice management standard by The Law Society, one of only 500 firms with this form of accreditation.

People are at the heart of our business. We are committed to the training and development of all of our staff, as a critical element in the delivery of quality legal services to our clients. We recognise that our clients demand efficient and well-trained legal teams to deliver the correct solutions.

We were one of the first firms of solicitors to achieve accreditation under the UK government's 'Investors in People' scheme.

The fundamental principle behind our approach to charging fees is transparency. We agree the basis of our charges as soon as possible after we are instructed and give an estimate of the likely fees as soon as we can, including expected timings.
