Tim Clayden - partner
Tim is a partner and head of the Residential Property team. He specialises in transactions involving high value country and London properties, as well as some rural and landed estate work. Tim has undertaken work for a wide range of clients, including offshore companies and trusts, as well as individuals living abroad amongst whom have been some high-profile celebrities and business personalities.
He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 having trained at Wilsons, and became a partner in 2002. Previously he served for nine years as an Army officer with the Devonshire and Dorset Regiment in a variety of posts in the UK and overseas. He read French and German at Exeter University (1980).
In his spare time, amongst other things, Tim keeps youthful fantasies alive as drummer in a local rock band (The Lawbreakers), whose members include two other Wilsons' partners.
