Stephen Whitmore - partner
Stephen is a partner and head of our commercial team. Stephen’s work is pure commercial work, advising on acquisitions and disposals, shareholders agreements and corporate finance matters. He also advises charitable and not for profit companies on commercial contracts, is a good French speaker and advises on English law aspects of French transactions.
Stephen read law at St John’s College Oxford and then trained with Freshfields in London. He worked there for five years and joined Wilsons in 1989 as a partner.
