Stephen Oxley - senior partner
Stephen is our senior partner and is head of our employment team and Independent Schools Unit. He has considerable experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a wide range of businesses, schools and charities.
Stephen trained with Withers in London before joining Wilsons in 1985. Between 1993 and 2000 he was managing partner of the firm. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the Institute of Directors and is Chairman of Odstock Private Care Limited.
