Robert Swift - partner
Robert is a partner and head of the rural business and agriculture team. He specialises in buying, selling or letting of farms and estates and other associated property transactions. He also has a substantial practice advising on the Agricultural Holdings Act and on the Farm Business Tenancies legislation, and acts mainly on behalf of landlords.
Robert trained with Wilsons and became a partner in 1994. He is a regular speaker at Agrilaw and other seminars and has published articles in the Country Landowner magazine, Farmers Weekly, Farmers Guardian and The Times.
Robert is listed in Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession - 2008 as a leading individual specialising in agriculture and rural affairs in the South West, and is described as "superb for looking at complex problems in relation to conveyancing matters."
