Court of Protection cases. Peter has a special interest in dealing with cases of Probate fraud for charities.

Peter’s background in Private Client work means he is uniquely well placed to advise charities on complex and problematic Will cases. His combination of practical experience and a sensitive approach are much in demand.

Chambers UK 2010 lists Peter as a leader in the South West (Band 1).

Peter qualified in 1991, and joined Wilsons as a Partner from his previous firm Henmans in 2004.
