Lucy Gill - solicitor
Lucy works in Peter Steer's team, specialising in probate litigation and other contentious work for charities. Her work includes Will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, undue influence, fraud, proprietary estoppel and claims by or against executors, trustees and solicitors.
Lucy completed her training contract in 2005 with Gardner Leader in Newbury before joining Wilsons in January 2006. Lucy is a member of the Charity Law Association and is studying for the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists diploma.
