Jane Weston - consultant
Jane is a consultant in our landowner development team, specialising in Town and Country planning matters. She advises on applications, appeals and development plan representations. Jane assists clients with applications for certificates of lawfulness and complex section 106 agreements.
In addition she works on estates property and with the charities department on relevant property work.
Jane studied law at Southampton University and qualified in 1985. Jane has specialised in planning from 1987, joining Wilsons as a consultant in 1999. She has a variety of interests outside work and is a school governor, parish councillor and fundraiser for her son's school and other charities.
