Jane Lonergan - partner
Jane is a partner in our property department. She specialises in commercial property matters and has extensive experience in high value complex transactions. She has acted for a range of clients, including pension trustees, large estates and businesses, in a wide variety of commercial property matters.
Jane joined Wilsons in February 2006 from Barker Son and Isherwood in Andover where she was head of the property department. Previously Jane has worked for Cotswold District Council, where she planned and negotiated the development of several sensitive sites in Cirencester, and SSAFA (Soldiers Sailors and Air Force Association) where she dealt with legal training.
Jane trained at Ward Hadaway in Newcastle and qualified in 1996 following a short career in the Army where she ‘retired’ as a Captain in the Royal Corps of Signals.
