Jane Lonergan - Partner and Notary Public
Jane is a partner in our property department. She specialises in commercial property matters and has extensive experience in high value and complex transactions. Jane acts for a range of clients, including international businesses, pension trustees, large estates and several household name charities. She has experience of dealing with a variety of property insolvency issues and is a member of our Insolvency Team.
Jane joined Wilsons in 2006 from a Hampshire firm of solicitors where she headed up the property department. Previously Jane has worked for Cotswold District Council, where she planned and negotiated the development of several sensitive sites in Cirencester, SSAFA (Soldiers Sailors and Air Force Association) where she dealt with legal training and Ward Hadaway in Newcastle, where she trained.
Before becoming a solicitor in 1996, Jane had a short career in the Army, ‘retiring’ as a Captain in the Royal Corps of Signals.
Jane is a Notary Public.
