James Aspden works in Peter Steer's team, specialising in probate litiagion and other contentious work for charities. His work includes Will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, undue influence, fraud, proprietary estoppel and claims by or against executors, trustees and solicitors.
James joined Wilsons in June 2004, having trained at Sharpe Pritchard in London before moving to Henmans as a Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist for Charities in 2002 when he qualified. He is an Associate member of ACTAPS (The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists)
James is a keen musician, he plays the piano and enjoys singing. James is also the keyboard player for the recently formed 'Wilsons' band - The Law Breakers!
