Geraldine Dolan - solicitor
Geraldine specialises in providing contentious and non-contentious employment law to employers and employees including drafting and advising on contracts of employment, service agreements and company policies; acting in employment tribunal and high court proceedings; advising on general HR matters including disciplinary, grievance and dismissal procedures; and advising on the employment law implications of business restructurings and business sales.
Geraldine provides seminars and in-house training to a range of clients.
Geraldine joined Wilsons in March 2009 having trained and qualified at Lee Bolton Monier Williams in Westminster.
