Frances Room - legal executive
Frances is a legal executive in the probate department. She spent ten years with solicitors White & Bowker as a probate and trust administrator before joining Wilsons in 2000. She specialises in probate law and her practice involves the administration of estates, in particular with charity personal representatives, foreign assets and intestacies, preparation of wills and powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
Frances is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and also FILEX (Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives).
