Frances Mayne - head of probate
Frances specialises in probate and court of protection work. She works on all aspects of probate law, including administering estates of both UK and non-UK domiciliaries, advice on succession law, those with business and agricultural assets, preparation of Wills and powers of attorney.
Frances qualified as a legal executive in 1995 and gained her MBA in June 2004. She is a regular speaker at seminars and events.
