Fiona Campbell-White - associate

Fiona joined Wilsons as an Associate Solicitor in January 2009.  She specialises inFiona_Campbell-White_bw_-_Feb_09 advising charities on (i) disputes involving legacies (covering the entire range of probate claims, claims for the rectification of Wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975); (ii) disputes arising during the course of the administration of estates (in particular, claims arising as a result of the way estates have been/are being administered); and (iii) disputes concerning estates generally (ie non-probate specific claims).
 
Fiona began specialising in contentious probate work in March 2006 when she joined Henmans.  Prior to that, Fiona worked for Nabarro (with whom she qualified as a solicitor in 1997) advising national charities on a wide variety of contentious matters; from governance issues, to contract/tort disputes, to claims involving legacies.
 
Fiona is an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and she is a Mentor to students undertaking the Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration run by the Institute of Legacy Management in conjunction with the College of Law.
