Dominic Ogden - partner
Dominic is a partner in our property department.
He deals with a broad range of commercial property work, including commercial leases, the sale of development land, land swaps and options. His particular areas of expertise include the acquisition and disposal of properties in the hospitality sector, such as hotels, pubs and restaurants. He also deals with agreements for the extraction and sale of minerals, where he works closely with surveyors specialising in this area.
Along with other members of the team, he is used to dealing with and co-ordinating refinancing of large commercial property portfolios and also the back-up required by our corporate team on company transactions and restructuring.
Dominic joined Wilsons in 1996, following eleven years with Hill Taylor Dickinson in London.
