Deborah West - associate
Deborah is an associate in our employment department.
She is an experienced lawyer in all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious employment law, acting principally for employer clients. In addition to offering advice to a range of large commercial clients, she has specialist knowledge in advising those in the marine industry in relation to their shore-based and seafaring employees.
Deborah joined Wilsons in April 2007, following five years at Lester Aldridge in Southampton.
The independently researched publication, Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession - 2008, recognises Deborah's expertise stating that she "elicits praise as an associate to watch... She has special knowledge in advice to marine industry clients in connection with their shore-based and seafaring employees."
