Photograph of Claire AinleyClaire joined Wilsons in 2005 from Clarke Willmott where she was a senior sssociate. She qualified as a solicitor in 1992 at Simmons & Simmons in London, moving to Clarke Willmott in 1994. 

Claire has a wealth of litigation experience, gained from acting in a wide spectrum of cases including probate and trust disputes, claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, undue influence and other equitable claims.  Claire also has expertise in a variety of land and property disputes ranging from dilapidations claims, lease renewals, and possession actions, to related professional negligence claims. 

Claire is a student member of the Association of Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and a member of the Charity Law Association.
