Charlotte Watts - solicitor

Photograph of Charlotte WattsCharlotte is a solicitor in the Charities & Education department. She specialises in advising charities on legacy administration and problem legacies, including Will construction issues, ex gratia payments and problems with executors and trustees. Charlotte also advises on Court of Protection applications, particularly Statutory Wills, both for applicants and respondents. Charlotte is described in Legal 500 2010 as, 'helpful and efficient'.

Charlotte trained with Wilsons and qualified in to the Charities & Education department in 2005. 

She is a member of the Charity Law Association and a student member of STEP.
