Andrew Wiltshire - consultant
Andrew specialises in property and trust disputes together with professional negligence claims.
Andrew has been dealing with disputes relating to agricultural and rural property for over 25 years and has experience of virtually every type of issue that can arise from ownership of such property. He has a particular niche in relation to issues arising from the ownership and exercise of fishing and shooting rights. In addition, a significant number of the properties with which Andrew has been concerned have been owned by trusts, which has resulted in Andrew having a specialisation in Chancery work relating to property trusts. The majority of Andrew's professional negligence work relates to negligent advice concerning property and trusts, but he has also undertaken a number of cases relating to negligent tax advice.
Andrew trained with Wilsons and was the firm's managing partner from 2000 to Spring 2006.
