Andrew O'Keeffe - partner
Andrew specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution mainly in respect of chancery matters and high value commercial disputes. Andrew is a specialist in contentious probate work, with particular expertise in disputes concerning breach of trust, the administration of estates and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975.
He also handles complex commercial cases involving breach of contract, tort and professional negligence.
Andrew was admitted as a solicitor in October 1992. He spent eleven years with White & Bowker in Winchester, where he handled mainly contentious probate work, property litigation and commercial disputes. Andrew joined Wilsons as an associate in August 2004 and made a partner in 2007. He is listed as a 'Prominent Figure' in the 2010 Citywealth Leaders list as recommended by other professional advisors, clients and charitable organisations.
He is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
