Andrew Farley - partner
Andrew is a partner in our private client team. He was a partner at Boodle Hatfield, London before joining Wilsons in January 2003 where he specialises in all forms of private client work and taxation, particularly for business owners, and including offshore trusts and their taxation in the UK.
Andrew is a regular contributor to Tolley's, specialist tax publishers. He is the author of two chapters in Tolley's - Administration of Trusts covering Private Companies and Miscellanous Assets (which deals with such assets as life and pension policies, chattles and reversionary interests). The Administration of Trusts book is much used by private client practitioners - and is particularly useful for the tax, legal and practical issues that face trustees.
Andrew also writes for Tottel's Revenue Law - Principles and Practice now in its 23rd edition. He writes on Capital Allowances and Capital Gains Tax.
