Alison Bailey - partner
Alison specialises in rural property matters, in particular, in acting for landowners on development of green field sites throughout the South of England. She acts on the residential development of houses (50 or over), employment development and light industrial development. She acts for banks in the taking of security over agricultural property and development land, and also acts in the sales and purchases of farms and estates throughout England and Wales.
Wilsons is listed in Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession as a leading provider of services to the rural property sector and the 2008 edition lists Alison as a leading individual in her field with sources highlighting her "efficiency and toothcomb thoroughness".
Alison qualified in 1992 and was made a partner in 1998. She is a regular speaker at Agrilaw and other seminars and has published articles for the Country Landowner magazine, Farmers Weekly, Farmers Guardian, The Times and The Church Times.
