Alex Rogers - Solicitor
Alex specialises in probate litigation and other contentious work for charities. Her work includes Will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, undue influence, fraud, proprietary estoppel and claims by or against executors, trustees and solicitors. Alex also has experience of dealing with property and commercial litigation matters.
Alex qualified in March 2005, and joined Wilsons in January 2009 from Henriques Griffiths in Bristol. Alex is studying for the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists diploma.
